Bounded by Stewart Drive to the north, Davis Street to the south, Tyler Street to the east, and Mary Cliff Road to the west, the district is laid out along a rare diagonal plat, giving it a layout unlike any other neighborhood in the city.

King’s Highway is home to approximately 100 properties, including both brick Mission Revival-style apartment buildings and single-family bungalows.
